I'm 5'9..and I'd like to get to 130...Granted I was this weight 25 years ago

but it was good on me...Of course now it seems terribly skinny, to want to

get to this weight but hey, what the heck....NY Judi

I don't have any idea of a weight. I would love to be a size 16 again

(don't want to go too far). Maybe a 14.

Princess Di was 5'10 " and what did she weight? 120?

I would love to go to maybe 160-is that reasonable? Even under 200 lbs

sounds marvelous!

Hey Melinda- good to see you're still " lurking " ! Glad to hear your success

stories.

I also wanted to add that kids don't have to be verbal to be potty-trained; you

can always try a picture schedule. My son is verbal but learns quickly visually.

We did a potty sequence of events story in pictures and it worked real well. We

did a sort of ABA chaining technique; reinforcing for each step of the way,

starting small....sitting on the potty with clothes on, or pulling down his

pants by himself, etc. We also reinforced when we " caught " him dry and showed

him the little pictures on the pullups that were still there, so he could

understand better... sometimes it takes a lot of very small steps.
