I believe it was answered that it is not allowed in any Phase because it has the hull removed (in other words is not then whole grain rice). Trader Joes sells brown jasmine rice & I looked that up on the Internet & the brown jasmine rice has not had the hull removed & therefore, should be SBD compliant starting in Phase II.
