Hi everybody,

(For those of us trying to convince our physicians/surgeons about WLS

and the

lapband, it would be a terrific opportunity to " help the cause " by

showing them

the site. While I realize the site is not for public consumption, how

would site owners/users feel about this?)

To tell you the truth, I don't feel too comfortable at the idea to give

the link and password of this site to other people. But if you print

the pages, then why not ? What do others think about it ?

(Does anybody think Dr. Raumbau, (sp) will mind me getting a picture of

us shaking hands...I mean this guy will probably have more long term

effect on my life than any other person, him and Dr. Fox)

As you are in London, I take it that your doctor is Dr Fiennes. Helen

wrote that he never makes people swallow anything after an

adjustment. I don't understand this way of proceeding, and I don't

think that it is logical at all, unless it's done with an x-ray to check

it (and even) ! We are all different, and also the band can never

be positioned exactly the same on a person or on another. That may be

the reason of your slow weight loss.
