Guest guest
My favorite thing to use on chicken is a mix of fat free italian dressing and vinegar. It seals the juices in and gives it a wonderful flavor. I just throw the chicken breast on the grill and brush it on 2-3 times. Yummy and simple! You can do it in the oven, also. W. Guest guest
On another topic -- I had a whole chicken in the freezer from before Christmas. I defrosted it and boned it and we had the breastmeat two nights ago. Now I have the rest of the carcass, plus, of course, the wings and drumsticks and thighs, which, I know are not Phase 1. Is THAT because they're too full of fat? These were organic, free-range chickens (which, I guess, in reality, means that they get an extra square foot or so in their cage, and that their diet is better), but the meat is SUPPOSED to be better. I will feed it to the HoneyPie, but I just wondered why it isn't okay in P1.... Annie
