imitation crab and lobster meat

Anyone know if these are okay in P1? In 1/2 cup serving, there's 8 g protein

0 fat, 12 g

carbs? No? (Those are the figures on the packet in the fridge, but I've seen

different numbrs

on different packets.) How about if eaten with a little low-fat mayo, and lots

of veggies?

I looked in glossary of the book and didn't see it anywhere. It isn't on foods

to avoid that I

could find, and not on foods to enjoy, either,
