Imitation crab/lobster meat is a Phase 3 food. Remember -- just look at the

ingredients on any product to determine if it will be allowed or not. This

one in particular contains potato starch, among other things. (You know

it's gonna be a problem when there's 12g of carbs in a meat.)

Anne,

Check the grams of sugar. They are probably over 4 grams of sugar,

which means no.
