I just haven't found much I like with using tofu. Cecilia Cecilia soce@... Guest guest
Di, thanks! It does help to hear how someone successful with SBD is customizing it, especially with less meat! I am definitely planning to incorporate more beans and soy products in my diet, and increasing the veggies. I think that too much cheese and nuts has contributed to my stall - as well as the fact that my ds15 enjoying learning how to bake, and of course doesn't choose sbd friendly recipes ;-) Well, I can't blame it on him, and need to get through this slump - I've actually lost a couple of pounds this week, so guess I'm starting to move out of the stall - but am still working on the weight i gained over the holidays ;( I really appreciate your help, and all the others that have offered great advice, recipes and meal and snack ideas!
