The only thing I can't quite get the hang of is the horizontal cuts. The

vertical cuts are easy but I'm afraid I'll slice my hand open cutting

horizontally. Once I have the cuts though, the rest is a piece of cake!

I've contacted the local cooking school about taking classes towards

becoming a chef. I figure, if I'm going to have a love affair with food

then I may as well find a way to make some money from it. :-P They have a

2 year program that includes 5 terms in the classroom and 5 terms in co-op

(OTJ training with a local company). The tough issue is finding daycare

while I take the classes (well, that and the $$$ involved in tution of

course).
