KOPS/TOPZ/SOY MILK

Happy Wednesday everyone! WOW....the last 7 days sure did fly by quickly for me.

It's back to work and back to TOPS tomorrow. I don't like 7 on/7 off too much

anymore because the 7 off just go by so quickly that it's not even worth it

anymore. And I've been off so much that I don't want to even think about going

back. Oh well. I gotta work don't I? LOL!

I had a little drama with my KOPS status and my KOPS medical excuse these past

few weeks but I am happy to announce it has been resolved and everything is A

OK. I'm still a KOPS until March 30th when I have my last weigh in before my

medical excuse expires. I really need to kick it into gear and get back in

leeway. I haven't had a great week. A lot has happened but next week will be

MUCH better. I don't want to get into the drama I had with my KOPS status but

the important thing is everything has been resolved. YEAH!

I was driving back today from dropping my friend off at school and I drove by a

very ironic, to me, sign. It said TOPZ BURGER JOINT. I thought it was funny that

a place that served burgers was called TOPZ. Then I read the sign underneath it.

It said: TOPZ: A HEALTHIER BURGER GRILL. More ironic??? I'll have to check this

place out one day and see what's healthier about this burger joint.

I also tried Soy Milk and Vanilla Soy Milk this week. I LOVE IT! It's very good.

I love something called Orchata which is sugary rice milk and this taste a lot

like this but a lot less fat and sugar. I love it on cereal or buy itself. I'm

not sure how much healthier it is than milk but when I drink it I feel like I'm

having a " treat " so I'm going to keep buying it!
