Beware: Progesterone Cream

Hi All,

I am 54. Up until last month, had regular periods.

BUT.. I have multiple fibroids, one 6x6 cm, and cysts on one ovary. I

always have painful periods, and the week before is even the worst:

over-all ache and fatigue which keeps me home-bound. A few days of

heavy bleeding. Always a feeling of " fullness " and though I haven't

had sex for a few years ... it hurt when i did.

Anyhoo, every time i've tried Progesterone Cream ( i thought, for the

period symptoms and even the fibroids).. I had a horrible period:

-- The bleeding would be late, and all the time

cramping and clots wanting to come out, but not!

This last time, the bleeding was 10 days late, very painful, and i

had cramping and spotting/bleeding for 28 straight days. I was ready

to kill myself!

I finally spoke to a GYN who told me that she's heard of this

happening before with patients of hers.

Anyway.. I just wanted to say what MY experience has been, taking

Progesterone Cream.

I am hoping that menopause comes TOMORROW... to get rid of these

terrible, nearly life-long sypmtoms with my periods.. I live " around "

my periods... and just am ready to toss it !!
