Guest guest
Ann or any other person who may know information about vitamin B complex. I am wondering if taking this would effect fibroid growth or regrowth in my case since mine have been removed. I have been taking a multi vitamin (Centrum) for about a year now. But recently since I have had surgery I am feeling still a little sluggish and also have some stress because I am ttc. I post this question because the ladies of this group have had so many experiences with different supplements. So in short, does anyone know if vitamin B complex would be good or bad for fibroids. Thanks in advance for you replies. L

Guest guest
I am not sure about the Vit. B complex but it is well known that Centrum is not a very absorable vitamin. I would invest in a higher quality vitamin that guarantees a higher absorption into the body. I have heard that Centrum goes in and out.....don't quote me on this but it is what I have heard. -- In uterinefibroids , lstegallathome@a... wrote: > Ann or any other person who may know information about vitamin B complex.
