Hi,

To who was concerned that her Ob/gyn was canceling appts. Is he/she

still a practicing OB? Is he/she in a big practice? If so and your appts are

scheduled for the days she is covering Labor and Delivery this will happen.

Like wise if she is in a solo practice and does most of her own deliveries. Ask

what days she doesn't cover deliveries and schedule your appts for those days.

Don't assume she is incompetent because she has had an emergency, that is

really very unfair. A friend had major flooding, was driven in (same practice)

and people were sent home to attend to her made me realize what they go

through. You have no idea what is involved in a practice.
