I had an HSG test done today and it has been confirmed that I will not be getting pregnant with this fibroid due to the complete blocking of my uterus. I am seeking some advice and suggestions My uterus is 5.9 by 5.3 by 5.0 cm in dimension. My fibroid which is posterior is 4.9 by 4.8 by 3.7. Basically the same size as my uterus. It displaces my emdometrium to the left of the uterus. The remainder of the myometrium is unremarkable. I have also got cysts on my ovaries which have recently hemorrhaged. What I am wondering about before I go back on Tuesday the 6th is which option I should take and how do I preserve my fertility the best. The reason this was all found was a lack of success in achieving pregnacy and my age. I am going to be 31 and my husband is 37 in august. His tests came back normal. He is a swimmer!!
