Guest guest Posted April 15, 2004 Report Share Posted April 15, 2004 Hi all, I am preparing to have my abdominal myo on April 27, in nyc.My local gyn is pretty amazed if Dr. West can really get all my intramural fibroids out of a bikini cut. She wants me to bring referral cards back for her because she said it is no easy surgery. Dr. West feels that it not be difficult for him and hes sure of it. He plans to use crazy glue instead of staples. Anyone heard of it and should I bring extra glue with me on the plane to paste myself up if I become undone? Im flying back to Florida 3 days after surgery. Im bringing cough drops and maxi pads with me and good chocolate for recuperation. My hubby will be there to cheer me on. Im afraid to read too much on the anesthesia as I will get too worried if I start that now. Am I missing any items that are important? Thanks for all the fibroid support from my fibroid sisters. My real sister made me an adorable Farewell Fibroid book.
