Guest guest
Hi there, I am two weeks post-myo (as of today!) and absolutely LOVED my doctor. It may be a bit far for you, but she is in Santa Cruz, CA. Her name is Anne-Marie and she is with the Women's Medical Group of Santa Cruz (phone number: ). I would be happy to give you more information about her if you are interested - feel free to email me. Best of luck to you - it's a hard decision but you'll feel better with a great doctor to lead you through the process. nmackell nmackell@...> wrote: After doing quite a bit of research I am pretty sure I want to go the myo way (like Sinatra). My OB recommended a hyster and almost talked me into it but I came to my senses. Although I have my tubes tied and not going to have any more children (I have a girl 5 and a boy 5 mos) I really dont want to loose any organs or my sex drive. How does one go about finding a reputable Dr. that performs this procedure? I live in Lake Elsinore, CA which is in southern CA in southwestern Riverside county. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Gals
Guest guest
, You may want to ask your friends/relatives/co-workers about a referral, also your primary doctor may know of one. Only after I had my myo and tried to spread the message around did I know that quite a few of the women I know have had fibroids, and some had successful myos.
