Thanks for all the e-mails. I am now home. I feel pretty good. I can

get in and out of bed on my own - even though it resembles a turtle

rolling around, but I do it. I took my first shower yesterday and had

to lie down for an hour to recover. The six hour drive was not as

bad as I thought. In fact, six days after surgery I am not in nearly

as much pain as I thought I would be. I am tired and spacy and my

incision is starting to itch, which I take as a good sign; however

not in pain. I am uncomfortable when I first wake up, but a pain pill

takes the edge off for the day. I don't take another one until bed

time. I notice I can't sit for long - like now I am starting to get

uncomfortable, but I am definitely healing!!!!!!!! YEAH!!! New

beginnings!!

I definitely notice my stomach is flatter. It looks sooooooo

different.

to bother you before you were ready. Glad you are on your way to

recovery. Wish it had been a little easier for you, less pain, etc.

Wow - 21 fibroids - GONE! Please keep us all posted as you

progress. Happy for you - stay well, Edie
