Guest guest
Hello, I ahve not written in this forum for a long time. I initially wrote last year when I was diagnosed with fibroids and reading from everyone has been a great comfort to me. Last year I saw 2 physicians and each said that my fibroids were not too big and since I had some intramural fibroids they would not operate. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 9 months and I recently saw a repproductive endocrinologist who after one exam and ultrasound that my uterus was te size of a 4 month pregnancy and without surery to remove at least the biggest fibroid I have very little chance of carrying a child since the firoid is taking up so much space. I did a lot of research on this guy and he seems to know what he is talking about but all the information I read suggests that I shoud get a second opinion if a doctor's first option is surgery. He allowed me to feel the fibroid so I know that he is telling the truth. I want to have kids and he explained the potential problems that could arise. Please let me know what you guys think.
