Guest guest
I went to the new Dr. today to see about removing my vaginal septum. He was very nice and calm and said it would be a pretty simple procedure. He wants to see my HSG results to see if he can tell if it is DU or a SU. I think I will ask him for an MRI. I don't know how he can tell if the middle wall has bloodflow or not, so we shall see. I got the impression that he would know what to do, even if it is a SU. He said he didn't want to remove the vag. septum if I needed surgery on my uterus as well. So I feel much better. I would still like to know what is going on in there, but I get the films Friday and can bring them in first thing Monday. He isn't an RE although a specialist in surgery. Do you think this is ok? He seemed pretty knowledgable. Thanks to all!
Guest guest
I had surgery in Aug to remove my rudimentary horn and right ovary (it had twisted and was causing my severe pain) and it was done by a Ob/Gyn Oncologist who was a surgical specialist. This doctor understood my condition and I, and my dh, were both comfortable w/ him doing the sugery. As long as you're comfortable and feel reassured by yr doctor I don't see a problem with him doing the surgery. good luck! amanda (manders52304) mrsharnisch mrsharnisch@...> wrote: I went to the new Dr. today to see about removing my vaginal septum.
