Why not fight with your HMO to pay for this? You might even win...

Let us know if you decide to fight your HMO b/c I'm in a similar situation. I

have found a good dr. that's willing to work w/ me & my ins. company but I

received a letter from my ins. co. w/ a big fat DENIED! So now, either I appeal

or I look for yet another capable dr.

Sound like you'll be fighting with your insurance company too.
