Guest guest
Start with EPA ( 200 mg) combined with lesser amounts of DHA and GLA to make sure child can tolerate..then increase each new bottle till you have EPA portion at 1200 mg..(for both ages) Make sure plenty of Vitamin E around 600 IU daily as these EFAs will go rancid in the body. Make sure also that fish oil source is from skin of small fish from South Pacific. Hope this helps.... Guest guest
Kristian, I would, as you say, start low and slow ( EPA portion abour 200 mg and increase up to an EPA portion of one gram daily) with high anti-oxidants ie Vit e 400 IU. Watch out for reactions although I think it may come from the Vitamin E as it's often soya based ( or is it corn that's the problem...can't remember-am in the middle of a big move.) Is this the EyeQ from Equazen in the UK? Just asking because there is a copycat company in the States. Best, in Germany [ ] Question for /Germany > Hi, > > May be a week ago, I asked about a speech booster. You kindly > suggested EyeQ.
