Guest guest
Hi all: I had a myo about 2 weeks ago. My abdomen is still swollen, although the swelling has gone down. Did anyone experience this? If so, when were you back to your regular shape? When did you go back to work? When were you able to exercise? Please share your stories. Thanks, Jackie

Guest guest
Hi Jackie, I had a myo about 7 1/2 months ago, and I am finally beginning to get back into shape. My stomach was distorted because of the huge fibroids, and I thought my abs would be flatter after the myo, but I had to work extra hard to get it down to the way it is now. Mine situation might be different because I have always being full figured. I went back to the gym eight weeks after the surgery, and went back to work six weeks after the myo. Some ladies are fortunate to have a flat stomach after the surgery- I am not one of them. --- Jackie Aponte ayaki89@...> wrote: > Hi all: > > I had a myo about 2 weeks ago. Guest guest
Do you mind my asking how old you are? If you don't want to reply online, I understand. If you are in your early 30's, your response may be different than mine, as I'm 47. Just wondering for that reason....not nosey! -- Re: Swelling I had a myo about 7 1/2 months ago, and I am finally beginning to get back into shape. --- Jackie Aponte ayaki89@...> wrote: > I had a myo about 2 weeks ago.
