Guest guest
Now that us Southern Hemisphere people are going into winter and I am reminded of how the cold is so bad for PLS/HSPers, I want to ask you all if you feel the cold more than a non PLS/HSPer. Yesterday was cold but only in the low 70's which I know is not cold for those of you in the northern hemisphere, and we are going from hot to cool, but I couldnt bear it and was rugged up and had to sit in the sun and at night had the heater on high whilst everyone else was stripping off because they couldnt stand the heat. I have noticed for years now that I feel the cold really badly and am like that all winter. Anyone else? Aussie Maureen
Guest guest
I thought that my biggest struggle was the heat until this past winter time---mind you winter in central fl ain't no big thang but we did get into the 40's in the nites. i realized just what a struggle my body had dealing with that. i was just as tired as i am in summer months. my body doesn't seem to like either one anymore. my spastic legs go a flying when they are tensed up, so i am like a disoriented fly or something sitting still with limbs flailing until i can get warm and relax those tensed up muscles making me flail!! i am colder at 60 degrees than i have been since onset. i would have loved 60 degrees last year. i just say well, hell....something different....and put more clothes on and get back under my bankies with my dogs!!! tawny Maureen mazzie20022000@...> wrote: Now that us Southern Hemisphere people are going into winter and I am reminded of how the cold is so bad for PLS/HSPers, I want to ask you all if you feel the cold more than a non PLS/HSPer.
