UFE & submucosal fibroids

I'm waiting to consult with a specialist in UFE.

I have multiple fibroids, so many that my whole uterus

is more fibroids than uterus. A myomectomy on any has

been ruled out, as there would be not much uterus left

to work with. I read that UFE is not good for submucosal

or is it subserosal fibroids (the ones inside the walls of

the uterus) as when they die and degenerate the uterus tries

to expel them, but since they are inside the wall this is

not possible and they can cause infection etc. requiring

hysterectomy. Is anyone aware of this?

I am just anxious in finding out my options, it is looking

grimm.

I was also recently diagnosed with a cyst near my ovary the size

of a walnut (not an ovarian cyst) my doctor would like to

remove it but due to my fibroids would like to wait.

She is going to monitor it as it was not there 6 months ago

I sensed some concern, she said it looked like it had some

particles in it???? Not another issue????

I feel fine so that is a plus!!!!! any advice?

I feel very confident in my doctor this is also a plus!!!!!
