I wanted to remind people of the procedure tracking database. What

would be really cool is a web-based form that we could add in

progressive details about our treatments, fibroid size changes, other

hormonal issues, weight, age, etc. But that will have to wait for now.

Anyone can edit their own entries to the database. Please be careful

and only remove your own entries.

If you wish to delete the entire entry then I or one of the list

moderators would have to do that. Please email me offline if that is

what you would like to do.

Hi, ,

If you inadvertently sent a post to the entire group, you can remove

it from the archives by going to the website,

www.groups.yahoo.com/group/uterinefibroids and opening your message.

Look right above the message window -- you'll see a list of options,

such as Reply, etc. The last one should be " delete " . Click on this

and you will be able to delete your message from the archives. Note

that this only works for messages for which you are the author.

Removing it from the archives only affects the archives, however. So

anyone who has the list posts sent to her as individual messages will

already have received your message. There is no way to recall posts

that have already gone to individual receipients. Depending on how

quickly you remove your message from the archives, you may get it out

before the next digest, which contains the latest 25 messages, goes

out to those members who chose to recive the posts as digests rather

than individual posts.
