If you want to talk to more women who have had the procedure (myself included, but I was not a patient of Dr. Kirsch) you might want to subscribe to the 'embo' group here on yahoogroups. Many of us there also post here (and read here quite avidly I might add) but that group concentrates on those who are considering, or have had, UAE. Dr. Kirsch also posts there from time to time. Quite a few of the women on 'embo' have had their procedures done by him and he is very highly regarded. best, laurie g. ps I had a similar sized fibroid (among others) and the same sort of symptoms as you describe. Date: Mon, 21 Jun 2004 22:17:52 -0000 Subject: New here and going for a UFE/UAE I was referred to Dr. Worthington-Kirsch in Philly, PA and I scheduled the UAE procedure for the end of August due to a busy summer. I am hoping to hear from others that have undergone the UAE procedure and if anyone has personal experience with Dr. Worthington-Kirsch.
