After reading many posts on this website - the consensus is that the anticipation of the surgery can be worse than the actual surgery itself! I am uncomfortable when I first wake up, but a pain pill takes the edge off for the day. I don't take another one until bed time. I notice I can't sit for long - like now I am starting to get uncomfortable, but I am definitely healing!!!!!!!! YEAH!!! New beginnings!! I definitely notice my stomach is flatter.
