Guest guest Posted May 27, 2004 Report Share Posted May 27, 2004 Maybe we won't get more ordinary leiomyoma after menopause, but now I've read of a tumor that contains both muscle and fat, the lipoleiomyoma. Lipoleiomyoma are uncommon, but when found they are usually in " postmenopausal women and are associated with leiomyomas [fibroids].
