Yes, until you brought this to our attention, one would have presumed that

the suffering of fibroidal women had gone unnoticed by the Vatican. :-)

As for becoming a Saint, from what I know--one has to be dead first to be

even nominated! But--AMAZINGLY--- I'm very happy to report that AT LEAST ONE

Lady

of our List has apparently already achieved sainthood, while still very much

ALIVE !!!......(but recovering from the ravages of a bad surgery, bad doctors,

insensitive friends, adverse effects of Lupron, anemia, and a slew of other

ailments and afflictions!!!)

That Saint in question is none other than listmember e, or rather " St.

e " --

and, considering what she suffered through....... Who more deserving of this

honor?!!

I was pleased to see that they've even gone and dedicated a

hospital--especially for mothers and children-- in e's honor in

Montreal--named,....what

else?

" Hôpital Sainte-e. " http://www.hsj.qc.ca/

Not too shabby for a fellow Fibroidian, huh?!

P.S. JUST TO REASSURE all the pregnant LOL and set the record straight: From

what I can tell, this blessed woman, Betretta Molla, did not actually

die from causes related to her fibroid during her pregnancy. NO. The cause of

death was actually INFECTION. (Maybe sepsis?)

Once again, it's tempting to blame fibroids for everything that goes wrong

with our health. But in this case, the probable culprits were microorganisms

introduced during labor and delivery, leading to infection and, sepsis, and

ultimately, her death. NOT THE FIBROID!!!

My guess is this lady had more issues than fibroids. But, it should

give us hope that all our pain and suffering is not For Naught! ;)

From today's www.CNN.com reporting . . .

" VATICAN CITY (AP) -- Pope II named six new saints Sunday,

including a woman who became a symbol for abortion opponents because

she refused to end her pregnancy despite warnings that it could kill

her.

The Vatican has long championed the case of Beretta Molla, an

Italian pediatrician who died in 1962 at the age of 39 -- a week

after giving birth to her fourth child.

Doctors had told her it was dangerous to proceed with the pregnancy

because she had a tumor in her uterus, but she insisted on carrying

the baby to term.

In proclaiming her a saint, praised her " extreme

sacrifice " and her simple but profound message. "

Oh man

Roma

I have no wish to be a saint

You have to DIE first

I fought way to hard to keep the idiot from killing me

to be a saint

Not to mention I am still pursueing his butt across

state lines to see that his record reflects his

" skills "

I received information on Friday from Madigan's

office on how to enter a complaint and where (she is

the IL ag)

Now I am wondering if I can put the facts in an ad for

one of the Chicago papers. I need to check prices

etc.

Want to bet the first Doc wishes I had died when he

did his little placebo myo and lied to me.

Thanks for the sainthood nomination Roma but I think

it can wait 50 years or so, huh?
