Guest guest
If anyone can help us, I would greatly appreciate it. Last night, my husband and I were so excited to decorate our son's helmet. We primed it, then spray painted it and it came on thicker and lumpier than we wanted. Then we put on letters and stickers from a scrapbook store but the glue on the stickers was faulty so we crazy glued the stickers onto the painted band. THEN we used sealant but it must have been really old in our garage because it went on like a white glue and ruined the entire THING! So we just spent 2 hours peeling everything off and there is still blue paint around the edges and it looks terrible. If anyone has any suggestions if paint with a paintbrush is more even and what kind of sealant to use, that would REALLY REALLY be appreciated! The good thing is that we can hopefully re paint it but now know that spraypaint is not a good option.. Any help we would love! One day we'll laugh at what a comedy of errors it was and we took lots of pictures of our mishap! and Bill Son of Liam
