National Women's Health Week - May 9-15, 2004

Hey all,

I just came across this on the web and thought that we, each our own

women's health advocate, should try to participate and make things

happen. This is a great time to draw attention to uterine fibroids.

I might use this to organize that information workshop that I posted

about here earlier, actually with this national event I might be able

to swing a talk with some guest speakers.

The site contains idea about how to get involved, from getting a

check up to getting radio stations and newspapers involved. Take a

look and let's continue to talk about it.

Anyone considered organizing an event to tie in with National Women's

Health Week? Our May fibroids MeetUp will be Saturday May 15th so

maybe we can tie this in.
