Remember to have a look to see if anyone has replied but under a

slightly different title, or even inside another thread to a few

people near to yours. Your post may not show replies at the bottom

of your question post. Also never take it personally as the site has

a lot of traffic. Everyone would like to help, although we may not

answer because we just don't know. It's human nature to look at the

top page only, so do try again once you're sure it's too far back to

get a reply now. Also search the archives if it's likely to have

cropped up before.
