The second one is very long and I have only skimmed it. IP6 appears

to be helpful in preventing and even in attacking some types of

cancer, but it is at an EXPERIMENTAL stage. Also useful for

treatment of kidney stones and for lowering cholesterol. I didn't

see any mention of fibroids. It seems to be safe to take IP6 in

moderate doses. We know that it is generally helathy to have a high

fibre diet and to eat the foods that are naturally high in IP6, such

as brown rice and legumes.

No, I haven't popped the pills but I do eat my rice and beans -

which didn't stop my fibroids growing
