Hi,

4mm in circumference isn't very much. My daughter has a giant head

that grew quickly (worried the docs for a while). From age 5 to 10 mo

her head grew by 35mm, which would be 7mm per month on average. Of

course at 11 mo growth would be slower and also my daughters head grew

more quickly than average. Here is a link to growth chart by age. You

would want to know what percentile your child is usually in. Also like

you said the measurements are not super accurate.

If she got 4mm change in asymmetry that would be quite a bit.
