After my myo I had a terrible reaction to the anaesthetic- I was very sick even though I was given anti-sickness medication. Then for about 2 weeks post-myo I felt occasional numbness in my arm and a tingling sensation & felt extremely spaced out. Now I'm feeling mostly OK but I still feel spaced out sometimes. Another question- I know I won't be able to go swimming for another 2 weeks or more [i'm now 4 weeks post myo] but will it be safe for me to have a sauna or go in a steam room at a health club?
