Guest guest
Does anyone take Vitamin K supplements? How much? Seen any affects? (like reduction in bleeding?) Vit K has been shown to slow down bone loss in post-menopausal women (so it's in many calcium complex supplements), AND it is needed to make a lot of the proteins involved in blood coagulation. The online Merck manual says there is no toxicity at up to 500x RDA, so it seems like a useful supplement (as long as you're not taking anti-coagulants for other reasons).
