Guest guest
My doctor's/nurses don't leave the results of tests on the answering machine. It is against the privacy act. (anyone can retrieve that msg) They call and leave a message for you to call them. If its not urgent my dr/nurses say its not an emergency. I had a msg on my phone last week from my gyn's office regarding specimen she had taken from my breasts b/i'm lactating (long story, not pregnant never have been). I called back and they just told me, hi shaunah, the milk specimen from both breasts came back normal...and that was it. They are just following the law and being careful so they don't get sued. > I had a pelvic ultrsound done on Friday and today the nurse called > and left a message for me to call back as my test results are in.
