More specifics on this will be sent to the group as soon as I have them -- BUTTTTTTTT...... in the meantime, if there are any of you who have undergone: hysterectomy myomectomy uterine fibroid embolization ANDDDDDDD....are willing to be interviewed for a story about your treatment option, please email me directly at: cdionne @ earthlink.net (only no spaces before and after the @ symbol) Send me the following info: name address (city, state) phone number ethnicity age # of children you have -- or would like to have! and... a short synopsis of your fibroid situation, the treatment you chose, and outcome. Good OR bad outcome. Just a short paragraph or couple of sentences. One last thing -- if there are any women on this group who have undergone hysterectomy and afterwards learned about uterine fibroid embolization (your gyn didn't tell you it was an option prior to your hysterectomy), please contact me ASAP. Please, please, please help us here! We need women to help us get the word out about fibroids and that happens best when journalists have quick and easy access/contact with the right women for their specific story.
