Guest guest
Jagan, I totally agree with your theory. I use a walker 95% of the time. I'll leave the walker in the dining room to go into the hallway & touch the walls for " security " . Same way in the bathroom, touch the wall, the vanity. It makes me " feel " more secure with my balance. My walker I use at home is a " Nova " brand, on 4 wheels, wide handles & wide seat. I wheel that thing around " pretty good " ! Sometimes when working in the kitchen, I find myself just touching the handles to get around, " security " . May sound kind of silly, but sure beats taking a fall !
