Guest guest
Habon, I have to agree with Elana. RUN!!! My doctor is doing the same exact thing. He told me I needed to stay on the Lupron, because of the risk of a hysterectomy at such a young age. On my last visit he told me that if he tried to do the myo that my fallopian tubes would have just ruptured. Now after listening to the women in this group, I've learned that he is a F***ing insecure LIAR. I hope that I did not offend anyone. I just wish that he would have sent me to a Dr. that was expirenced in myo . In the beginning my fibroid was 10cm. He did an exploratory lap, to make sure that it was indeed a fibroid and not something growing on on of my ovaries. Needles to say there were complications with that surgery. Anyway I'm sorry I'm starting get off the subject. Just remember RUN!! -delle italyinapril@... wrote: RUN! Given what you have described, I say RUN FROM THIS DOCTOR as fast as your fibroid-filled body will allow you to!!!!! There is NO RUSH to do the surgery right away. You are 29 years old and want children. IF this doctor messes up and does a hysterectomy, you will not have another shot at the surgery. TAKE YOUR TIME and shop for a doctor that you FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH.
