on how many others felt afterwards.

I was very tired the day I came home from my UAE. I just rested, drank a lot

of fluid, ate lightly and watched a lot of TV. The 2nd day, I actually felt

horrible--very nauseous and dizzy. It got worse as the day went on so I took

some suppositories they gave me (phenergan) and within 2 hrs, I felt so much

better. The narcotic pain meds were making me sick, so I stopped them and

switched to plain old ibuprofen. By about 3 or 4 days after the UAE, I was able

to go out and drive and run a couple of errands. By 1 week after, I felt

pretty good and almost 100% by 2 weeks after. I think I started some light

spotting about 2 days after the UAE also. Only needed a panty liner. Also had

some

cramps, but not that bad ever.

Just take it easy and rest and let your body tell you what it needs. Take

care.
