Guest guest Posted May 14, 2004 Report Share Posted May 14, 2004 Dear Cheryl, Good luck on Monday. I just had my myo 17 days ago in New York. I brought a pj night shirt which buttoned up the front and went down to my knees. I also bought a few pair of boy short underwear( one size up) which were comfortable. They can keep their designer hospital gowns. I never bleed that much at one time and for the last week I havent bleed at all. I was concerned about the fleet enema the night before but it was a tiny thing and easy. The pre-op nurse said to try and do it but dont worry if I cant. I did do the fleet. This was my first and hopefully only myo . Im 51 years old. I realize that I am having a wonderful recovery and am very lucky.
