Guest guest
, The neuro at Houston suggested I take 1200 mgs of COQ10 before I was diagnosed with anything. They had treated me for a yr and half for Stiffman (if they had reviewed their records they would have eliminated that earlier) then the last time I saw them, his assistant (an excellent neuro) just said they didn't think I had Stiffman and drew a line down " Cerebellum Diseases " on my check-out form but said the Q10 might help. I took 1200 mgs fpr 2 yrs along with Vit E but have cut back to 400 a day. They were running trials on Parkinson patients and found they had more energy on it. Does it help? I dunno. My energy level is pretty good even through I can't use walker for longer than 15 minutes at a time. Arlene
