ice crunching is also very common with women that are pregnant.. I think I

did it through almost all 5 of my pregnancies, I wasnt told until I think my 4th

preg. that it is a sign of being anemic. and yes it does mess up your teeth.

One of my 'crunches' felt really funny, and out popped a piece of my back

tooth!!! needless to say I ended up having to get that tooth pulled!!!

Thanks Roma for the info. I no longer have the crunchies, (it stopped as soon

as I had my babies)

This is so true. I have noticed that I've quit chewing ice since

I've been on iron supplements.
