Guest guest
Hi Jen, I'm not sure how big the fibroids are right now. I go to the hospital again on Friday to get another ultra sound to see how big they are and if they spread. I read the book " Fibroids, the first year " and found it very informative. It also scared me a little. Right now I'm trying to do the alternative treatment with eating healthy (alot of fresh fruits and veges., soy, wheat, no sugars, no oil and no foods with steroids), exercising 5 to 6 days a week for 30 mins. to an hour and staying stress free. Do you or any of the other ladies out there know if this works. I was told that it doesn't specifically treat the fibroids but it does help them from growing and spreading. jenficks jenficks@...> wrote: How big are your fibroids? If they are small enough, you may have some more obtions. If the fibroid is bigger, than I would go for a myo. You need to research everything. You need to get the facts then go from there. Get the answers from your gyno, then you can find out everything from the groups, and internet. This is how I found out about my procedure (UFE) but I'm 43 and already had my kids. Good luck!
