Guest guest
Hi everyone, Still new here, catching up and reading all the messages from the last few days. It definitely is hard to address everyone's emails, so I understand not all my questions--nor everyone else's--have been answered...BUT to all the people who have had something to say about my posts regarding BCPs, bleeding during sex and ice addiction--thanks! Talked to Nora Coffey briefly yesterday and it was a bit weird. Nothing bad per se, but if anyone has experiences they want to share that would be great -- feel free, anyone, ever -- to email me off-digest at fastproduct@... . I know I am behind HERS' pro-uterus stance, and Nora may be right that my Dr. screwed up on my last resection, etc., but I just thought her tone was weird...but not that weird, just actually the same tone I felt I have received from a lot of doctors...is she a medical doctor? I'm in Chicago, and next week I am seeing Dr. Zinamin -- a few people on the list have mentioned him... is he good? Have you had surgery with him? I read about his study on some new 'fibroid pill.' Basically I am giving up on BCPs to control my bleeding (40 days now). Not working. I am trying to treat my anemia, get an MRI, and continue pursuing vitamins, diet options, etc. I also signed up for Healing From Fibroids Naturally--combining these two groups is ideal. Eventually I think I will have a myo... how did everyone pay for it and get off work that long? I am putting off surgery if I can because I have a bfriend and want kids. I'm 35. OK, enough from me, I wish you all who are recovering the best and those of you who are making choices The Most Wise Wisdom Possible...I really do feel like I have new pals here, and like someone else so eloquently posted, regardless of politics, etc., we share a common bond.
