My daughter just did a paper on diet and found a study that said people that

skip breakfast on a regular basis for a year, gain 5 lbs each year they do it!!

That was enough for me to start eating an egg or something in the mornings!! LOL

you should never skip meals when you are trying to lose weight... you body

uses energy digesting food and it will just shut down your metabolism if you

don't feed it!!!!
