Guest guest
Try liver...it's the best. Just try to not over cooked it. I am not a meat eater and it's hard for me to " enjoy it " , but I put lots of soy sauce. I also take easy absorb iron pills which my homeopath gave me. Good luck! > Hi all, > I don't post very often but read all that is posted. I am having my > fibroid removed June 29th in Shelbyville, IN. Guest guest
my mom got on the 1950's liver kick of all time. three times a week for three years. similiar to the salmon kick today. with onions and garlic and scallions sauteed it can be edible...esp with mashed potatoes with butter and gravy. ;-)! gigi yanavp2004 wrote: >Try liver...it's the best. Guest guest
Hi, Unfortunately liver is not an option for me because I have a tear in my colon and liver is one of the things I can eat very little of. I did not realize salmon would help enery. I will give that one a try. If there are any other suggestions out there that would be great. Thanks Laurie >>Try liver...it's the best. Guest guest
Be careful to buy atlantic salmon because the farm raised is full of coloring. White fish is a good choice. Don't forget sea vegetables as in DULSE. You can eat it right out of the bag and it's loaded with good things for you....vitamin A and iron plus chorlyphil (sp.) Make sure to eat whole grains (brown rice, quoinia, millet, etc...) and not refined flour products. White sugar can deplete vitamin B from your blood, so avoid white refined sugar. Eat deep green leafy vegetables ...like kale, collards, mustard greens, etc... look for recipes on the inter-net, they can be prepared to be tasty. Best of luck~ lwilson667 lwilson667@...> wrote: I did not realize salmon would help enery. I will give that one a try. If there are any other suggestions out there that would be great.
