If anyone could please tell me what the ‘normal’ size of a uterus, endometrium and ovaries are, I would really appreciate it. :-) Measurements: Uterus: 8.5 x 5.4 x 6.5 cm Endometrium: 2.9mm Right Ovary: 1.6 x 1.2 x 1.0 cm Left Ovary: 3.2 x 2.3 x 2.4 cm Comments: There are multiple fibroids scattered throughout the uterus, some of which contain calcifications. The largest demonstrated in the right fundus measuring 4.0 x 3.0 x 3.3 cm and in the mid uterus measuring 3.5 x 2.7 x 2.8 cm. Several other smaller fibroids are demonstrated.
