Subject: Spring Fling

Things are starting to come together and it looks like another great get

together here in WV. I surely wish you could all be here. No one has more fun

than we do. This year's Connection should be outstanding. I, myself, can

hardly wait.

I just heard that there is going to possibly be some plank walking and this is

by people that can't even walk on dry ground. I hope we get video of this

awesome feat! I'm sure there is going to be some betting going on and all those

pennies will be ending up in the penny jar.

I will have a 5 gallon water jug at the Spring Fling and have asked all my penny

collectors in the field to drop their pennies off that day. None of these

pennies have been reported so we might add a dollar or a hundread or more. I

have no idea. I just thought it would be fun to see what we can add to that

jug. One of the branches of the bank I work in have almost filled a 5 gallon

water jug but it hasn't been counted yet so I don't know what they have.

A lot of other little goodies will be happening that day, also. I hope to

demonstrate the TTY that I use to make relay phone calls and show you how you

can also use it if your speech is not working too well.

Also, I need you to let me know before March 24th if you plan to be here so I

can order you some food. I sure don't want to see any hungry people walking

down that plank. Send me a message and let me know your plans.

If you are new to the group you are welcome to attend your first connection and

meet firsthand all the wonderful people who give such great information and care

so much about each other. Let me know if you'd like details. I am in Berkeley

Springs, WV, two hours northwest of Washington, DC. If you are in OH, PA, MD,

VA, WV, NJ, or DC you are probably close enough to consider it. All others are

also welcome. We have folks cone from NC, FL, CA and lots of other places as

well. Some even venture up from TN. Come on out. Make this our biggest

Connection yet.

I just spoke to Ronnie last evening and she is getting things

together but

she is a little stressed out right now so I am going to try and help

her a

little with things that I can and I am sure Don is too! We might

need to

ask some of you to help with some things that weekend, but if we all

work

together, we can do it!! As far as the plank walking goes, if you

don't

get in touch with Ronnie soon and let her know you are coming, I will

definitely add your name to the list of plank walkers LOL

I did get a nice surprise this last weekend from a lady I met in

Boston

and will send my report to Ronnie and my crew--the rest of you will

have

to wait and see what the total is once all the reports are in!

Arrgghh!!

Ronnie is right--if you haven't been to a connection and want to

come, we

had a blast last year and we will again this year! Looking forward

to

seeing those from last year and hopefully getting a chance to talk

to the

new ones this year!

crocodile
