Guest guest Posted May 1, 2005 Report Share Posted May 1, 2005 The vaginal septum is indeed why tampons don't work (I have one too) its not the same as having two vaginas that is a different issue. In my case I have two cervixes and UD, if you only have one cervix then most likely you only have one uterus but its not clear. Guest guest Posted May 2, 2005 Report Share Posted May 2, 2005 Well...now I am even mor confused cause well from what dh and mil say the dr was saying if he pushed it over to one side you wouldnt see it-- -then you could push it over on the other side and you would see the smaller one.....so yeah I really need to talk with my RE....as far as a double cervix or a septum there---My reg GYN said my septum went from top to bottom---and he had thought he had got my septum but I think he had really cut my cervicl septum who knows--thats for the Drs to figure out--which my RE is calling my other Dr from what dh said....and going to consult with the others....But my RE went ahead and fixed my Vag...into one--or I guess if it was a septum he made it into one--I havent got to see any pictures yet..I hope to get copys....
